"Deidara, is everything okay?" You asked him in a concerned voice as you looked at him.
"Y/N…" He said your name as he looked back towards the back door. "I don't think you should be here alone tonight.
You let out a sigh and shook your head, sitting back down onto the couch. "Nonsense."
"I'm serious."
"Listening, Dei. I stay home alone all the time. I've heard many weird sounds before while I was alone, that had made me very scared, but. I have no other choice. It's nothing new."
He shook his head as you spoke. "No. I'm not letting you stay here alone."
You raised an eyebrow as you looked at him. "You can't make me do anything. I'm staying here. This is my home. I'm going to be alone tonight." You had just met Deidara that day, so you started to get a little concerned when he was talking to you like this. Yeah, he meant well, but it was a little weird. Why would and should he be so concerned. "Speaking of being alone, Deidara, I need to do a couple things then head to bed… So… I think it's time you went home."
"Y/N." He said as he looked at you sternly.
You looked back at him, giving him a serious expression on your face.
"Okay, okay." He said putting his hands up. "I'll see you in class tomorrow." Deidara grabbed his coat and walked towards the front door, opening it.
"Goodnight, Deidara." You said as you crossed your arms, looking at him.
Before he stepped outside he turned his head a slight bit, looking at you from the corner of his eye. "If you need anything, please call me. I live only five houses down." Then he stepped outside. "Goodnight, Un."
Five houses down? He didn't tell you that he lived that close. No wonder it had only taken him a couple minutes to show up. You had hoped that you didn't upset him- Because you had really liked Deidara, he was cool. You just didn’t know how to feel about him acting like that after knowing him for a short amount of time.
You had made sure to lock all of the unlocked doors, and then you started walking upstairs, to your room. It had been a long day and you were ready for bed.

DEIDARA P.O.V.
Damn it! I shouldn't have let her stay alone. Not after… What I saw.
I shook my head.
No.
It'll be okay.
Maybe I was just seeing things.
I looked around myself as I was walking back over to my house. The streets were dark, and no one was in sight. All of the house lights were off, except Y/N's. I stopped and turned to look at it one last time, hoping that she would be okay alone through the night.
Oh well.
Who was I to worry?
I just met her today. I'll see her in class tomorrow.
DEIDARA P.O.V. OVER

You wrapped the warm blankets around your small, tired body. Closing your eyes you began to daydream about anything that popped into mind. Without realizing it you found yourself reliving what happened earlier with Deidara. Spending time playing video games, and just talking to him was so fun. Even his small bit of attitude he gave you in the end was bittersweet.
You blinked your eyes open for a moment and looked around the darkness. You weren't afraid of the dark, you were just afraid of being home alone- At night… In the dark.
Before you knew it you were dead asleep, dreaming peacefully of everything you could ever want or desire.

-BEEP BEEP BEEP BEEP-

"Uhg!" You voiced as you put your hands over your ears, sitting up hastily. It was 6am. Time to get ready for school. You heard your mom making breakfast downstairs, which pleased you. You were starving!
Getting up from your bed you walked into the bathroom connected to your room. Stripping down to nothing, you hopped in the bath and took a delightful shower.

You looked through your dresser, what were you going to wear? You let our a sigh as you grabbed a random long sleeve shirt and black skirt. After putting them on you slipped on a pair of knee high socks and ran out of your room.

"Hey mom!" You said as you appeared into the kitchen.
"Hey kid." She replied with a yawn. "Take your food with you or you're going to be late for the bus." Your mom said as she pushed a breakfast sandwich into your hands.
Your mom looked worn out and slightly worried about something. "Are you okay mom?" You asked as you looked at her, tilting your head.
"Uh… Yeah. I need to go to bed is all."
"Are you sure?"
"We'll talk about it later, Y/N."
"O-ok. Well, I'll see you later mom!" You yelled to her as you grabbed your bag and sprinted for the door once you heard the bus.

Getting onto the bus you looked around for somewhere to sit, it was just like yesterday all over again. Then, you seen Deidara. You waved towards him where he sat, in the back. "Hey Dei!"
Deidara slowly moved his sights over towards you once he heard his name, then a small tired smile appeared on his face when he waved back. After a small moment of normally waving at you, he started waving you towards him.
Quickly you walked down the bus isle to get to him. The bus had already started moving, so you needed to hurry. As soon as you got up to him, you noticed, he was sitting with the cranky redhead- Sasori.
Damn it.
Seeing there wasn't any room with Dei you went to see with the grey haired guy behind him. Before you could get there, Deidara grabbed your hand and pulled you into his seat. Well kind of into his seat. You found yourself sitting on half seat, half Deidara.
"Don't sit with that perv." He said as he looked at you.
You raised an eyebrow as you looked at Deidara. "O-okay." Deidara looked slightly rough. Like if he hadn't slept at all that night. His eyes were tired, but they still looked lovely. A small blush appeared on your cheeks as you looked into them. Oh no, you thought to yourself. NO WAY you were going to get shy around this tard.
You quickly looked away from him. "You okay Dei?"
"Am I okay?"
"You look a little ill-"
"He spent all night staring out his window and fucking with clay again." The redhead butted in and watched you as he spoke emotionlessly.
"Sasori, my man, why so negative?" Deidara asked in a mocking tone as he shot a look over to the redhead.
There's the salty Deidara you parted ways with last night.
"By the way Sasori, this is Y/N." He said.
Sasori continued to look at you, then a small smirk appeared on his face. "Sasori." He said.
Oh wow, was he attractive when he wasn't being a dick.
The small blush that Deidara had caused you exploded into a cloud of red when Sasori grabbed your hand, analyzing your hands. "You have very lovely doll like hands, Y/N."
Deidara almost instantly grabbed Sasoris and hand pushed it away from you once he saw the blush on your face. "Hey! Stop it." He said quickly.
"What's wrong brat, those hands a work of art." Sasori shot back emotionless, then a smirk appeared. "but then again, you wouldn't know a thing about that."
Deidara and Sasori looked so intensely at eachother you began to get extremely nervous.
"Uhhhhhhhhh….." You began to voice before the bus came to a quick stop, throwing you, Deidara and Sasori forward in your seat.
You let out a small squeak as you clutched onto Deidara's jacket.
Kids began to get up from the seats, exiting the bus. Then you realized, it was time for school.

/Time skip to Lunch period/

You were sitting in between Sasori and Deidara on the gym bleachers. It was lunch period and you had massive headache.
"Y/N?" Deidara said as he looked at you.
"Yeah, Dei?"
"Are you okay?"
"Yeah, I'm fine. Just got a headache."
"Mm."
Deidara looked around for a moment before staring down the exit door.
"Sasori, my man. Y/N." He said with a wicked smile.
Sasori and you shot looks at him, then almost in unison replied, "What?"
"You guys wanna have some fun?"
You scrunched up your face in worry for whatever Deidara had in mind.
"Nope." Sasori said as he got up, starting to walk away. "Not again, I just remembered… I have things I need to do this time."
"Heeeey come on!" Deidara said as he protested.
Sasori waved Deidara off and kept walking. While you watched Sasori walk away, everything was silent.
Then you turned back towards Deidara, his face was barely inches away from yours; and he was staring right at you.
"Let's go have some fun, un." He said as he looked at you.
"Uhhhhh… I don't kno- wha-" You replied with a gulp before Deidara quickly stood, grabbing your hand. He pulled you to your feet and started dragging you down the bleachers. "Where are we going?" You asked as he then pulled you out of the building. Looking around outside you furrowed your brow as you noticed he was leading you away from the school. "Deidara!"
Deidara turned his head to look at you as you both sprinted farther away from the school. "Let's go chill at my house, yeah? I have something I need to talk to you about anyways."
You let out a grunt in response.

Once you were close to Deidara's house you were both walking normally. "What did you want to talk about Deidara?" You asked as you looked at him, realizing he still had hold of your hand. The sight made you blush.
"Last night."
"What about last night."
"I-" Deidara started but stopped for a moment to unlock the gate to his house. Once he unlocked it, he turned to you. "I seen someone outside. In your backyard. Watching from the sliding glass door."
"Why didn't you tell me-"
"I didn't want to scare you. That’s why I insisted you not be alone…"
"You still should have told me, what if-"
"I watched your house from my window all night until your mom got home."
"Deidara!"
"I was worried!"
"That's creepy!"
"Oh shut up. You should be thanking me, un."
You sighed and thought about it for a minute before shrugging. "I'm sorry I was so stubborn. I should have listened to you."
He nodded and you both walked to the door of his house, walking inside.
"So.. Dei." You said as you looked around the room. "What did the person look like, the person… watching my house."
Deidara plopped down on his couch, grabbing your hand and pulling you along with him.
"Um… Well… He looked like a normal guy. Maybe in his 40's. He had a weird emotionless look to him. Not really sure what he was doing or looking for. You just couldn't tell by looking at him."
You nodded as you remember the man you seen before Deidara had even came over yesterday. "Oh…
"
Everything went silent for a moment as you looked around the room you and Dei were sitting in. It was the complete opposite of your house. There was art everywhere, used paint on slabs just sitting around, clay lumps laying all about the small room. It was kind of messy, but messy as in someone was just working here. It looked like only Deidara lived there.
"Dei, I need to tell you something."
"Yeah, un?" He asked as he grabbed a lump of clay, toying around with it.
"The guy you described, I think I seen him twice before you got there yesterday."
He stopped with the clay and looked at you. "Go on."
"I think he was watching the house."
"Hn." He voiced as he looked down at the clay. "Is your mom going to be gone again tonight?"
"Yeah, most likely." You replied with a sigh.
"Stay with me."
"Huh?"
"Stay with me tonight." He said as he looked at you. "I have an idea."
